These terms apply to all orders placed through the jecket.de online shop, which is operated solely as a non-profit school project. Products are offered only to consumers, not businesses.
This online shop exists for educational purposes only. No profit is generated, and all operations are non-commercial.
The product listings are not legally binding. By completing payment via SumUp, the customer makes a binding offer. The contract becomes valid once we confirm the shipping address and send a confirmation email.
All prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is handled exclusively via SumUp. Production starts only after payment is received in full.
All hoodies are made-to-order. Minor variations in color or fit may occur and do not constitute defects.
Shipping is handled by DHL. Delivery estimates:
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, provided the item is unused and undamaged. The customer covers return shipping costs. Returns must be announced via email beforehand.
All hoodie designs are original creations. Resale or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.
We are not liable for shipping delays (DHL), incorrect addresses, or minor product differences. Liability applies only for intentional or gross negligence as per legal requirements.
German law applies. For consumers, the place of jurisdiction is defined by law. For commercial buyers, jurisdiction is at the business location of the provider.
